





Stoneware cheese mold. Holds curds from 1 gallon of milk. Includes a flat plate for weight to press the cheese. The holes in the sides and the base will let the whey drain off. The last photo shows a different cheese mold that was used with 1 gallon of milk as an example. The size of the vessel is a little under 3" tall and a little under 6" diameter. It comes with a ceramic weight to press the curds together.
